DENVER, LOUISVILLE, Ky. and ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ --
High Speed Access Corp. (Nasdaq: HSAC) and Express Technologies Inc., of Louisville, KY, announced today that Express Technologies has purchased certain assets of Digital Chainsaw's web hosting business. Digital Chainsaw, a St. Petersburg-based web hosting company owned by HSA, serves approximately 6000 customers. HSA had announced its plans to sell the web hosting unit in August 2001, as part of its efforts to reduce expenses and focus on businesses which it believes have near-term profit potential.
