Standard & Poor's today affirmed its single-'A'-minus long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on the following subsidiaries of Alea Group Holdings AG (formerly RR Holding Co. Ltd.):

-- Alea (Bermuda) Ltd.
-- Alea North America Reinsurance Co.
-- Alea Global Risk Ltd.
-- Alea Jersey Ltd.
All ratings were removed from CreditWatch, where they had been placed on Sept. 20, 2001. The outlook is stable.
