Expanding on its extensive background in the commercial mortgage market, GMAC Commercial Mortgage has launched an online commercial mortgage database for institutional investors.
The subscription-only Internet database, called Realpoint.com, is the largest database of its kind, said Jim Titus, senior vice president and managing director at GMAC, Horsham, Pa., a division of General Motors Corp., New York.
Realpoint covers 66,000 separate properties and nearly 550 deals, and is an extension of GMAC's position as one of the largest originators of commercial mortgages, Mr. Titus said. GMAC serves about $125 billion in commercial mortgages. He said the ...
