GARNER DRAFTING FISCAL IMPACT LEGISLATION
ATLANTA, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The campaign of candidate for Georgia Lieutenant Governor Wayne Garner today confirmed that Senator Garner is drafting a 1990 bill to require fiscal impact statements on local governments of all state legislation and a two-thirds vote by both houses when major costs to local governments come into play.
