CHICAGO _ Coaching is about motivation and preparation. It's about psychology, and it's about decisions.
Good decisions lead to good games, and good games, combined with talent, lead to wins.
Butch Davis and one of the league's strongest group of assistants have made
many good decisions this year. Here's some of the ones I was most impressed with:
1. Running on the Ravens.
The Browns ran better against the Ravens than most teams. James Jackson had 77 yards and would have been the first back to top 100 against Baltimore in 43 games, if not for (questionable) holding calls that wiped out big runs.
