The people who write this column each month
Over the course of the next five issues, we will feature one of the people who helps to produce this column each month. In this issue, we meet editor and column manager Dr. Christopher S. Frings. Dr. Frings sends questions from MLO readers to the four panelists who work with him each month. They send their responses to the questions. He then incorporates his ideas into the answer, edits their answers, and arrives at our monthly Management Q&A column.
