Sheldon Good & Company, the nation's largest real estate auction company, announced the Nov. 7 auction of a magnificent 25-foot wide Beaux Arts townhouse at 47 E. 68th St., situated in the highly desirable Park Avenue/Lenox Hill neighborhood. The auction will be conducted at 8 p.m. at the Intercontinental hotel at 48th Street and Lexington Avenue. The townhouse will be sold in an open outcry reserve auction format. Previously priced at $14 million, suggested opening bid is $7.5 million.
