THE LAB. That's where Jon Sadler creates most of his products for Stimey's Fiery Foods Inc.
Late one night, Sadler and his friends developed an eye-popping, tongue-sizzling Cajun pepper and bourbon barbecue sauce that may become the company's newest addition to its product line.
``It's a real good sauce - after many nights of experimenting,'' Sadler said, grinning.
The lab is what Sadler calls impromptu cookouts he hosts for friends and relatives at a Virginia Beach warehouse, where most of his products are developed.
