Participale Administracao e Participacoes, controlling company of Agrale, headquartered in Caxias do Sul (Rio Grande do Sul) acquired from the Japanese company Yanmar Diesel Engine Co. Ltda. the tractors line of Yanmar do Brasil S.A., through the acquisition of Yanmar Indaiatuba Ltda. The motors line NBS and its spare parts remains with the Japanese company.
