AIRGAS ACQUIRES THREE DISTRIBUTORS FOR MERGER
INTO EXISTING OPERATIONS
WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced the acquisition of Allied Industrial Gas and Welding Supply, Jamco Supply and Miller Welding Supply Inc.
All three companies are distributors of industrial gases and welding supplies. Combined annual sales are approximately $3.5 million.
Allied Industrial Gas and Welding Supply has stores in Stockton and Modesto, Calif. It will operate as part of Moore Bros., a large Airgas subsidiary.
