Pipeline construction starting in 2003

According to the agreement recently signed between the Chinese and Russian governments on the crude oil pipeline construction, the first domestic station of China-Russia crude oil pipeline project will be located in Inner Mongolia Manzhouli that has unique geographical advantages. Technical persons from CNPC have arrived at Manzhouli to start the field survey of pipeline routes.
