Physicians struggling with the question of when and how to recommend marijuana as "medicine" received direction this week from the chairman of the Institute on Global Drug Policy, a division of Drug Free America Foundation. The guidelines were published in an article written by Dr. Eric Voth in the November issue of the Western Journal of Medicine, (Voth E.
