Fresh Choice, Inc. (Nasdaq:SALD), which operates self-service buffet-style restaurants in three states, is set to open its 50th restaurant November 19th in Woodland Hills, Calif. The company's newest restaurant will join six other sites in Southern California.
"We have always done extremely well in the Southern California market," said Everett "Jeff" Jefferson, company president and CEO. "We were the first in San Fernando Valley with our opening in Northridge in 1993, and we expect additional growth there through 2002.
