CHAMPAIGN - In the first half, it looked like the Illinois All- Stars against the Illinois One-Stars.
Bartlett's Sean Harrington was the only Illini guy who showed up ready to play Wednesday night in the exhibition opener for his highly touted team. In sharp contrast, the opposition, the traveling All-Stars had a guy named Greg Guy, not only ready but able to shoot the lights out with a game-high 21 points.
"With our top six players in the lineup, our margin was 40-plus (points)," said Illinois coach Bill Self. "When we went to our bench, it dropped off sharply."
