ACS (NYSE: ACS), a provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, announced recently that it has signed a contract with the Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to process the arrival and departure forms of foreign students, businessmen, and tourists visiting the United States. It is a one-year contract with four one-year options that totals $73.8 million over the five years.
