SOMERSET, N.J., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Ronson Corporation (NASDAQ: RONC/RONCP) announced that in late December, 1989, the company adopted a plan to discontinue the operations during 1990 of its rare-earth metals subsidiary, Ronson Metals Corporation, of Newark, N.J.
