A MENU FOR SUCCESS
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERence between a successful career and a failure? Why do some individuals make it to the top while others do not despite their best efforts? Is there a menu for success that could improve a person's chances?
Over the years I have seen some very successful security managers and some not so successful ones. The formulas for success were similar to the reasons for failure. We all have a start - some better, some slower - and opportunities - some better, some worse. Some people will make it, and some will not despite similar beginnings. Why?
