TALLAHASSEE, Fla. _ It certainly looks the same: the same green-tinted images of explosions in the night, the same shaky satellite feeds from reporters in the danger zone and the same TV banners announcing the beginning of the "ground war" when Army Rangers raided an Afghan airfield.
There's even a President Bush in the White House, shaking his fist at a Middle Eastern foe and declaring war. It seems like Desert Storm all over again. But make no mistake _ it isn't.
