Getting into desktop publishing
Bankers are discovering that their personal computers are good for more than working on spreadsheets and producing letters.
By equipping their PCs with desktop publishing software and linking them to laser printers, banks can have their own publishing systems. That in-house capability enables banks to cut publishing costs because they can eliminate or reduce their reliance on companies that provide publishing services.
