IT was Wednesday afternoon and, as my taxi hurtled towards Glasgow, I glanced down and noticed the curry stain on my breeks from the previous evening had just about dried in.
What a result, eh? You see, in fat boy terms, that's how you tell when it's time to eat again.
So, after squaring up the cab driver (who, judging by the shocking state of his shell suit bottoms must have been due to eat seven or eight meals later that day), I popped into Gumbo, a newish Cajun eaterie on the outskirts of the Merchant City.
