Two employees of Trio's, an upscale Little Rock restaurant, have been scouting for a location in Fayetteville.
Darryl Downs said he and Leann Jones will be similar to franchisees but will be the actual owner/operators of the new Trio's. Downs said he needs at least 4,500 SF to seat up to 100 diners.
