Diesel exhaust gas system cuts nox emission by 75%.(from Tokyo Denshi Service Co.)(Brief Article)

Tokyo Denshi Service Company, has developed a new form of exhaust gas system (Exhaust Max), for diesel vehicles that enables the concentration of black smoke (diesel exhaust gas particles DEP), to be decreased by 75 percent.

The new system improves the engine chamber's combustion efficiency, and by incorporating a catalyst inside the air filter, decreases the black smoke concentration and the carbon monoxide gas by around 75%, the carbon dioxide concentration by around 20%, and the fuel costs by an estimated 30%.

The system consists of a fuel heating and activation sub system, and an air (suction) activation sub system.
