Air Foyle and HeavyLift Cargo Airlines, two well-known names in the outsize air cargo market are in the process of merging their outsize cargo activities to establish a joint venture company: Air Foyle HeavyLift. The new company's main purpose will be to develop and market the commercial airline business of Kiev-based Antonov Airlines, a long-term business partner of Air Foyle and for whom the latter has been managing marketing and operations services for more than a decade.
