Nov. 23--Boston Market, the restaurant chain that crashed and burned after a spectacular rise in the mid-'90s, is being reborn with new decor and an expanded menu that debuted in Milwaukee.
As a result, customers at seven Boston Market restaurants in southeastern Wisconsin are seeing changes that will eventually occur at all 650 restaurants in 28 states by early 2003.
The changes, which have been rolled out in the Milwaukee area over the past several months, are designed to boost sales and profits at Boston Market, which was purchased last year by McDonald's Corp.
