UK fund managers have bucked a six-year trend and strengthened their revenues per pound under management, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC).
German fund managers are also said to be increasing their prices. Professionals working in Germany say the influx of foreign manager products, which are higher priced, is allowing domestic managers to get away with price hikes in the retail market.
However, the German fund managers blame overall price increases on greedy distributors.
