A few days after Sept. 11, Rick Dabagian, president, Jersey Printing and Office Supply Co. Inc., Paterson, N.J., was driving to work and, like most people, he couldn't think about anything except the tragedies of the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and Shanksville, Pa. At that moment, he decided to present an ambitious project to his staff. His idea was to produce and donate 250,000 American-flag posters to hundreds of schools, governmental offices, local businesses, and public facilities.
