2 pieces o fdenim cut to 22" x 22" each (buy denim with a little stretch since it will need to stretch over the pillow)
1/4" or 1/2" angled paintsbrush Sewing needle, thread that matches the denim, a box of straight pins Scrap cardboard
20" x 20" pillow insert
4 tassels
Fabric paint in bright while
1. Prepare the denim pieces by throwing them in the asher and dryer once to get them soft and a bit frayed. Trim any extra-long threads.
2. Place both pieces of fabric on the scrap cardboard to protect the table you're working on (You don't want the paint to seep through the fabric onto your mom's good mehogany!)
