NEW YORK & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2001

Lloyds TSB, a world leader in global financial services, today listed its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

Shares of Lloyds TSB will be traded in the form of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) with four ADRs representing one Lloyds TSB ordinary share. No new Lloyds TSB shares will be issued in conjunction with the listing. The ADRs will be traded under the ticker symbol "LYG". The Bank of New York will act as the ADR Depositary Bank.
