FED up Belfast City councillors are set to withhold critical funding from the management company it set up itself to look after the city centre.
The development committee last week voted to withhold the Belfast City Centre Management (BCCM) company's annual allocation of pounds 200,000 because, in the words of one councillor, ``we were not getting value for money with the company and that had been a concern for some time''.
The committee's decision goes to the full council meeting early next week for ratification. But ...
