Nov. 28--Major Cineplex Co expects pre-tax revenue to increase by 36 percent to 1.5 billion baht this year, fuelled by expansion and the screening of blockbusters such as Suriyothai.
However, compared with the increase on last year's takings, the operator of the Major Cineplex chain expects growth to ease to between 15 percent and 20 percent next year, the more usual rate, to 1.8 billion baht.
