US Unwired Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:UNWR), a Sprint PCS (NYSE:PCS) Network Partner, today announced that both Moody's Investor Services and Standard and Poor's have upgraded US Unwired's ratings. Moody's Investor Services has upgraded the Company's Senior Implied to B1 from B2, its $130 million Senior Secured Credit Facility to Ba3 from B1, and its $400 million (face value) 13.375% Subordinated Discount Notes to B3 from Caa1.
