Compaq today launched its first in-car personal navigation system in the UK, the iPAQ Navigation System (iNS). The iNS is the first iPAQ-based Global Positioning System (GPS) in Europe that gives voice directions and has clear advantages over in-board systems, both in terms of cost and performance. Any car owner can choose from three iNS packages ranging from GBP499 to GBP999 (inclusive of VAT).
