NEW JERSEY BELL CUSTOMERS ENJOY NEW CALLING FEATURES
NEWARK, N.J., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- In 1989, New Jersey Bell customers found many new services at their fingertips and enjoyed another year of basic residential rates that are the lowest of all the former Bell System companies, the company said today.
Customers applauded the continuing rollout of a variety of Bell Atlantic(R) I.Q.(SM) Services, including a new feature -- Caller ID -- that deters obscene and harassing calls.
