Free and Thornton, LLC announced today that it has been awarded The California State University Master Enabling Agreement (MEA) contract for the Common Management Systems (CMS) Project.

The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a three-year length.
