AS he runs across the sand, Rocky the Staffordshire Bull Terrier looks as if he doesn't have a care in the world.

But the beach is the only place he can let off steam because he is allergic to almost everything else - including trees, grass and flowers.

Indeed beef, lamb, venison, fish, chicken, wheat, barley and dairy products could all prove fatal to two-year-old Rocky who must stick to a diet of duck or turkey.

His case is one of the worst vets have seen. Rocky breaks out in spots, his eyes water and his paws swell if he comes into contact with anything he cannot tolerate.
