Many Destiny USA-watchers are zoning out on talk of Empire Zones, PILOTs and tax concessions.
Ears perk up when there are hints of what actually is going inside the $1.3 billion expansion and transformation of Carousel Center mall.
There have been few hints drifting out of Syracuse's The Clinton Exchange, home to Carousel's owner, The Pyramid Cos. But details, or at the least, ambitions about tenants are trickling from Pyramid.
