Dean C. Pappas, Chief Executive Officer of Clement Pappas and Co., Inc., Seabrook, NJ, was elected 2002/2003 Chairman of The Food Institute by its Board of Trustees on Nov. 15. Mr. Pappas, who has served on the Institute's Board since 1995, succeeds outgoing Chairman, Larry Abramson, President, Camerican International, Paramus, NJ, who assumes the position of Past Chairman.
Elected Vice Chairman was Richard L. Frank, Esq. of Olsson, Frank and Weeda, P.C., Washington, DC.
The newly elected Treasurer of The Food Institute is Michael J. Slattery, President/CEO, Slattery Marketing Corp., Ridgefield Park, NJ.
