ESTATE agents last night accused Chancellor Gordon Brown of causing chaos for home buyers with his great stamp duty giveaway.
Today is the first full day of business since Mr Brown's announcement - that 363 areas in Wales would benefit from an increase in the stamp duty threshold - came into effect.
But the news caused consternation among estate agents who have warned that they are nowhere near ready to handle inquiries from buyers and sellers alike.
