DENVER -- Vari-L Company, Inc. , a leading provider of advanced components for the wireless telecommunications industry, today announced that David M. Risley has been named to the Company's Board of Directors. With the addition of Mr. Risley, Vari-L's Board is now comprised of five non-employee directors.
Mr. Risley brings to Vari-L more than 30 years of diversified business and finance experience, including senior-level management positions with four NYSE-listed companies.
