Dec. 6--Moving to South Jersey -- especially in the area adjacent to the Delaware River, with its older towns and housing stock -- has renewed my interest in the humble bungalow.
Although these simple houses abound in places such as Merchantville, the Estates neighborhood of Haddonfield, Pennsauken and Riverton, as well as in Glenside and the older parts of Montgomery County, there is generally not much interest in them.
