The caustic soda recovery project in Ningxia Meili Paper Co., Ltd., the biggest Paper-making sewage control project in Ningxia, has recently started operation. It is expected that the direct discharge of paper-making black liquid into the Yellow River can be cut down by 5.9 million tons a year and the industrial wastewater pollution load in the Ningxia section of the yellow River can be reduced by 17%.
