Southern shrimp trawlers are known for roomy, comfortable cabins, well-equipped galleys and good food. Randy Rhodes' 58-foot LowCountry Lady is no exception. Rhodes has fished the Lady out of Mount Pleasant's Shem Creek for more than 20 years. This stuffed flounder recipe, one of his favorites, has seen a lot of action over the years on the Lady and her predecessor, Sea Crest.
"We used to cook that all the time," Rhodes says.
