Grand jury action
Grand juries recently took these actions in the following cases:
Nov. 29
Tommy Bell,33, of 2221 Lodi St., front, Syracuse, cleared of first-degree burglary and first-degree sodomy in an incident Aug. 9 and 10 in Syracuse.
Nov. 5
O'Dell Chestnut,40, of 359 Bruce St., Syracuse, had a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance returned to City Court for disposition in an incident Aug. 27 in Syracuse.
