IRVING, Texas -- Health care industry outsourcing budgets will increase 30 percent by 2003, according to a study by national health care alliance VHA Inc. and outsourcing consultant Michael F. Corbett & Associates. Health care executives perceive significant benefits from using outsourcing, and results indicate that strategic use of sourcing options can help executives manage the industry's ever-changing business environment.
