Cholesterol or Saturated Fat: Which is the Culprit?
Television bombards the public with commercials for products that are "cholesterol-free." Food labels boldly state that products are "low in cholesterol." What most of the advertising fails to mention is the product's saturated fat content, which can do more to raise blood cholesterol than the food's cholesterol content.
