Dec. 11--ARLINGTON, Texas--Arlington leaders said Monday they aren't watching on the sidelines as speculation grows about a new home for the Cowboys.
Team owner Jerry Jones hosted Grapevine officials at Texas Stadium Sunday. He described the meeting as routine, but Grapevine Mayor William Tate called it encouraging and productive.
On Monday, Arlington Mayor Elzie Odom and Arlington Chamber of Commerce President Wes Jurey both said Arlington is still in the game for the $1.5 billion project.
