So is that clear? The Financial Services Authority certainly hopes so, as it included this little gem in a consultation paper (CP98, in case you were wondering) on mortgage regulation.
The Government's financial watchdog really wanted to drive the message home as it sought to differentiate between solicited and unsolicited real-time qualifying credit promotion.
