I would like to make a few opening comments before I introduce Dwight Clark and the new Maintenance Functional Group to you this month. I'll start by saying that despite the horrific events that unfolded in our nation on September 11, I thought that the 2001 Technical Conference was a great success. We appreciate the many exhibitors that shared their technologies with us.
