UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Western Union Corporation (NYSE: WU) announced today that it has established a new, wholly owned subsidiary, Western Union Financial Services, Inc.
Western Union's Money Transfer service, as well as the messaging services provided by the Company to individual consumers, will be provided through this new subsidiary.
