2001 DEC 18 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Novuspharma SpA (NOV.MI) has reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2001 and an update on clinical development. The company also announced that its cofounders and managers, who together own approximately 10% of Novuspharma, have formed a syndicate and extended their lock-up agreement on a staged basis until November 2004.
